Great value for money, not for a long stay though!
The location is perfect! Subway station is really close and a lot of places to eat around the area. The airport limousine bus stops not too far from the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. No breakfast provided but there's hot water and microwave, we can also use the kitchen. For the price, the place is good enough to stay for couple of days, not recommended for longer stay though.
I think I've got a slightly bigger room but the bathroom was really small. And since my room was right next to the kitchen it can be really noisy like in the middle of the night. They provided toiletries (no toothbrush though), but as others might have mentioned the towel was too small. They also don't clean your room daily, you have to ask if you want your room to be cleaned. The floor was really dusty. There's only 1 elevator in the building so it takes awhile to go up and down, especially because there are a lot of offices in the building as well. And the elevator broke down one day when we were staying there, not the hotel's fault, but it would be very inconvenient if you have to climb up to the 9th floor while carrying a heavy luggage (I did, fortunately not with a heavy luggage!). Also the bed was really hard! I guess it's matter of preference, but for me it was like sleeping on the floor and the bed made a squeaking sound everytime I moved.

Convenient with elevator,cheap,decent
Near to airport bus stop.Spacious room, and safe.One can leave luggage freely along corridor.
Aircon does not cool the room ,it only cooled the area where it was i installed at,outside the bathroom,but the beds are located further up.

Dirty room and place.
The location is near the subway station BUT the room and everything of the facilities are dirty. It seems that they only provide room and kitchen but the inside and kitchen utensils are not clean. The room is full of dust. The toilet is smelly. The towel is incredibly small. They dont provide big towel for shower yet people use more than 1 small towel to wipe bodies of course. That is more wasting than providing the big one. Too bad. It can be better of they clean the room well.
